Wow, this was a great find on the web. I had not seen this yet, but I think it is exactly what every website should be or at least as a part of their website. Luckily for me my company and customer base is small, so I am still able to have a constant pulse of what their thoughts are on our offering.

That being said, it still amazes me how few big companies and even start-ups engage their customers like this. Starbucks needed something to spark them and I think this might go a long way towards building a more loyal customer base.
